As the problem of email spam has grown, many network administrators and Internet Service Providers have installed spam-blocking programs that filter out email that could be spam. Many of us have installed spam-blocking programs on our computers as well.

These spam blockers sometimes treat legitimate email messages as spam and are blocked or routed into a Junk Mail folder. It is estimated these programs produce between 3% to 15% false positives.

We acknowledge the receipt of your order; send care suggestions, and answer questions or comments (generally within 24 hours) by email. If you haven't received a response from us, check your Junk Mail folder and/or add us to your address book.
